1. Introduction

Welcome to Gastrotaxi. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Gastrotaxi website, mobile applications and food-ordering and delivery services (the “Services”). By placing an order or using our Services you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Ordering & Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Gastrotaxi acts as a marketplace connecting you with independent restaurants; the restaurant is responsible for preparing your order.

3. Delivery & Pickup

Estimated delivery and pickup times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather or restaurant load. Delivery is available only within a restaurant’s serviceable radius. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive the order.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before the restaurant begins preparation. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds for missing or incorrect items are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be issued as store credit or to your original payment method.

5. Restaurant Partners & Drivers

Restaurants and delivery partners operate as independent businesses. Gastrotaxi is not liable for the quality, safety or legality of food prepared by partner restaurants, though we take reasonable steps to maintain platform standards.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, submit false orders, abuse promotional offers, or harass restaurant staff or delivery partners. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gastrotaxi’s total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
